We are trained to treat all forms of musculoskeletal injuries both common and sporting.
This very much depends on the stage of the injury (acute, sub-acute or chronic), the type of injury, the area of injury and the individual themselves. There are many factors to take into consideration, however we can give you an estimate on how many sessions will be required during your initial consultation. We will also aim to get you back to feeling 100% as soon as possible.
If you have any doctor’s notes, x-rays or scan results that you may have relating to your injury or condition, this will help with the initial consultation however this is not essential.
We recommend that you wear whatever you are most comfortable in. However, we do suggest that you bring a t-shirt, shorts and a pair of gym trainers, this is important for the initial consultation/assessment & the rehabilitation sessions that may follow.
We have fixed prices for our session. There are no hidden extra charges to pay. Please see Fees for more information.
You are very welcome to bring someone with you to your appointment and they can sit in on the consultation and treatment with you if you wish.
We accept both debit and credit cards. Please see Fees for more information.
All customers have access to free parking.
A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
This given us the opportunity to reallocate an appointment.
Failure to give 24-hour notice or indeed not turning up at the allotted time, will result in a charge of the full appointment fee.
